Concrete Craftsman: Carpenter / Concrete Finisher
Job description

R. S. Widdoes is seeking a Residential Form Carpenter / Concrete Finisher for our team.

- Proficiency in Form Carpentry and Concrete Finishing

- Ability to balance production and quality
- Willingness to do whatever is needed to accomplish the goal
- Desire to strive, achieve, and grow to produce your highest quality work
ACI Concrete Flatwork Certification is encouraged.

Our Offer

$25.00 - $35.00+ per hour

Company Requirements

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive manual transmission. You must be production oriented, have hustle, be a team player and willing to do whatever is necessary to successfully complete projects as part of our team. Sometimes you may be setting forms, sometimes you may be placing and finishing concrete, sometimes you may be tying rebar, grading stone, running equipment, etc.

Laborer
Job description

R. S. Widdoes is always looking for hard-working laborers to join our team.

We value adaptability, efficiency, and productivity. One minute you may be laying material out ahead of the team, the next you might be operating a piece of equipment. You might have to drive a truck to the job, help set forms, finish concrete, etc. If you are looking for an opportunity to gain experience and develop your construction skills, this is the place for you.

The ideal candidate will walk off of the jobsite today already planning on how to be more productive tomorrow. It is our goal to hire, train, and retain hard-working employees!

Compensation based on skill and experience. We are willing to pay top dollar to top people. Paid vacation, holidays, yearly performance bonus, and employer matched retirement program. We offer year round employment. Additional training and educational opportunities offered for career growth and advancement.

Most of work is in local area (New Castle - Kent County)
5 day work week (M-F). We try not to work weekends unless absolutely necessary.
Weekly pay cycle.
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive manual transmission.
