Power Equipment Operator
Apply Now!R. S. Widdoes is seeking a an outstanding Power Equipment Operator for our team.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is proficient in equipment operation (including digging footing, grading stone, operating excavators, backhoes, and skid steers) and also has a secondary skill set in either laboring, carpentry, or concrete finishing.
You have:
-Strong background in Concrete
-Proficiency in digging footings, grading, spreading stone
-Ability to operate backhoes, excavators, skid steers, forklifts
-A secondary skill set in either carpentry, concrete finishing, or laboring
-Ability to run with tasks on your own and utilize laborers to accomplish goals
-A mindset that is always thinking ahead to the next step
-Ability to work well individually or as part of a team
-A willingness to do anything needed to accomplish tactical goals
-Hustle
-Desire to strive, achieve, and grow our production capability
-ACI Concrete Flatwork Certification is encouraged.
Our Offer
We are willing to pay top dollar to top people. There is no salary cap. We are willing to train the right people. And our core group are highly talented and enjoyable to work with.

-$25.00 - $35.00+ per hour

Company Requirements
Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive manual transmission. You must be production oriented, have hustle, be a team player and willing to do whatever is necessary to successfully complete projects as part of our team. Sometimes you may be setting forms, sometimes you may be placing and finishing concrete, sometimes you may be tying rebar, grading stone, running equipment, etc.
